适用范围 Coverage  
本政策适用于北京福田国际贸易有限公司(简称福田公司)2025 1 1 日至 2025 年  
12 31 日正常出口的整车和 KD(含 CKD SKD)件在当地组装整车后售后服务工作,含  
中重卡、轻卡、皮卡、VAN 和微车;专用车、改装车、海外政府招标或团体采购产品的保修  
与服务政策依据本政策作相应修改或补充。  
This policy applies to after-sales service work of the completed vehicle and KD (including CKD  
and SKD) parts assembled into vehicle at local of Medium &Heavy Duty Truck, Light Duty Truck,  
Pick-up, VAN and Mini Truck that are normally exported from January 1st, 2025 to December 31st,  
2025 from Foton International Trade Co., Ltd, Beijing (referred to as Foton Company); warranty  
and service policies of special vehicles, modified vehicles, overseas government bidding products  
or group purchased products shall be modified or complemented accordingly based on the policy.

From January 1st, 2025- -December 31st, 2025 (If it is not issued, it will be implemented until the  
new policy is issued).  
定保政策 Regular Maintenance Policy  
1.定保凭证:福田汽车产品《保修手册》、购车发票(或发票复印件)  
Regular maintenance certificate: Warranty Manual of Foton automobile products, invoice (or  
copy of invoice)  
2.定保期限:按照《使用说明书》及《保修手册》标准执行。  
Regular maintenance periodRefer to the user manual and the warranty manual.  
3.定保费用:保养费用全部由客户承担。  
Regular maintenance feeAll maintenance costs are borne by the customer.  
保修服务 Warranty Service  
1.保修凭证:福田汽车产品《保修手册》、购车发票(或发票复印件)  
Warranty certificate: Warranty Manual of Foton automobile products, purchase invoice (or copy  
of invoice)  
2.保修条件 Warranty Conditions  
在福田汽车规定的保修期限和保修里程内(两者以先到为准),属产品设计、材质、制造、  
装配等质量问题而引起的车辆零部件损坏或性能故障,给予保修;降价特殊处理以及其  
它有特殊约定的车辆,不享受标准保修服务,以购买时签订内容为准。  
Within the warranty period and mileage specified by Foton Motor (Either the warranty period or  
mileage exceeds, regard it as expiration of the warranty period), vehicle parts damage or

performance failure caused by product design, material, manufacturing, assembly and other quality  
problems shall enjoy warranty service; other vehicles with special agreement shall not enjoy  
standard warranty service, and the content signed at the time of purchase shall prevail.  
3.保修期限 Warranty period  
3.1 福田公司出口的 CBU 质保政策见下表。  
CBU exported by Foton Company warranty Period & Mileage is shown in the table below.  
3.2 经销商购买福田公司出口 KD(含 CKD SKD达目的港之日起 12 个月内完成组装  
整车并实现销售,享受与 CBU 同样的质保政策。  
Distributor purchasing KD (including CKD and SKD) parts exported by Foton Company and  
completing assembly and vehicle sales within 12 months after the date of arrival destination port,  
enjoy the same warranty policy as CBU.

3.3 说明 Remarks  
1)质保期限自首位用户购车之日,时间和里程以先到者为准。

The warranty period shall begin since the date that the vehicle is delivered to the first retail  
purchaser only and warranty mileage or period is exclusively stipulated by warranty policy,  
whichever comes first.  
4.保修限制条件 Warranty limitation  
4.1 质保凭证上汽车型号、发动机型号、动力电池型号、底盘号、发动机号与实物不相符或  
涂改者,不予质保。  
It won't be warranted, if the vehicle model, engine model, power battery model, VIN, engine  
number in the quality voucher is wrong or changed.  
4.2 未按汽车使用说明书中所规定的方法操作使用超过福田公司技术文件中所规定的限度及  
标准(最大载重量、发动机超负荷及其它因素)而导致的任何损伤,如超载、超速、轮胎气压  
不符合规定值、不规范操作等引起的损坏件,不予质保。  
Any damaged parts caused by not operating the vehicle according to the introduction manual, or  
exceeding the standards (maximum loading capacity, engine overloading and so on) of the Foton  
technological documents are not covered by warranty.  
4.3 未按照福田公司规定进行定期维护保养,或使用非福田公司准许(或推荐)的润滑油、润滑  
脂、制动液、冷却液所造成的损坏,不予质保。  
Damage caused by not carrying scheduled maintenance as stipulated by Foton, or by using  
lubricating oil, grease, brake fluid or coolant not permitted or recommendedby Foton are not  
covered by warranty.  
4.4 未经福田公司准许行对最终装配的车辆进行改如换用不同规格型号的轮胎用  
不同型号和生产厂家的发动机、车架上焊接零部件等加装(如添加钢板弹簧片数、更换加  
厚的钢板弹簧电设备等括对车身盘或零件的变更以及由此引起的车辆损坏或失  
效,不予质保;此外,当里程计未接,或故意更改读数使里程数不能确定时,车辆的维修就  
不包括在质量质保范围内。  
Damage and failure due to the refit out of Foton’s approval (e.g. Changing to different tire model,  
engine and welded-part etc.) or installing (e.g. Adding leaves, changing to thicker leaf springs or  
installing the electro-equipment and so on),including changing the body, chassis or spare parts are  
not covered by warranty. Furthermore, not connecting odometer wire or changing the mileage  
reading on purpose, will not covered by warranty, either.  
4.5 使用福田汽车(底盘)的改装车,改装单位生产部分,及因改装缺陷导致的故障福田公司不  
负责质保。

Components produced by refitting plants or failure caused by the defect of refitting based on Foton  
vehicles(chassis) are not covered by warranty , the service should be carried out by refitted-vehicle  
plants.  
4.6 车辆出现故障不及时排除而强制行驶引起的继发性故障及损坏的零部件肇事损失的零  
部件及其间接损失,不在质保范围。  
The secondary failure and damaged spare parts caused by not resolving the problems in time but  
forcing work, or parts loss and indirect loss by causing trouble are not covered by warranty.  
4.7 维修车辆时,装用非福田品牌配件或使用未经福田公司认可的配件而导致损坏的零部件,  
不予质保。  
When servicing vehicle, the damage caused by installing Non-Foton parts or parts uncertified by  
Foton are not covered by warranty.  
4.8 汽车肇事后,未经福田公司认证质量责任客户单方处理的车辆,不在质保范围。  
After causing trouble, the vehicles unilaterally disposed by client before quality obligation certified  
by Foton is not covered by warranty.  
4.9 超过质保期限和质保行驶里程的零部件(两者其中一项超过期限规定即为超过质保期,  
不予质保。  
Spare parts exceeding the warranty period or mileage (Any one exceeding limit means expiry), are  
not covered by warranty.  
4.10 任何不可避免的自然灾害、火灾、撞车、偷盗所导致的损伤以及由此引起的二次损伤,  
或任何由于烟尘、化学试剂、海水、海风、盐类或其它类似原因导致的损伤,不在质保范围。  
Any damage or secondary damage caused by unavoidable natural disaster, fire, vehicle crashing, or  
stealing are not covered by warranty. Any damage caused by smoke, chemistry regent, seawater,  
sea breeze, salt or other similar causes are not covered by warranty either.  
4.11 在恶劣的自然环境(如:-20℃)下未采取正当的维护措施所导致的任何损伤,不在质保范  
围。  
Any damage caused by not taking proper maintenance under poor environment (e.g.:-20℃) is not  
covered by warranty.  
4.12 任何由于时间因素所致的损伤(喷漆表面和电镀的自然退化、表面剥落和其它劣化),不  
予质保。  
Any damage due to time factors (the natural degeneration of painting on the surface and plating,  
flaking and other degeneration )is not covered by warranty.  
4.13 由于正常自然磨损引起的零部件消耗不予质保服务。  
Due to wearing out of nature, the spare parts are not covered by warranty.

4.14 由于发动机吸入水分或进水造成的故障,不予质保服务。  
Failure caused by engine sucking water or water going into it are not covered by warranty.  
4.15 车辆长期停放,未按照电池保养维护要求进行定期充放电,导致动力电池过放的,不予  
以质保。  
The vehicle is parked for a long time and fails to charge and discharge regularly according to the  
requirements of battery maintenance, resulting in over discharge of power battery are not covered  
by warranty.  
4.16 不影响性能的感觉问题(凡属不影响产品质量、功能或性能的不良感觉),不予以质保。  
The feeling problems which do not affect the vehicle performance (which is not one of the bad  
feelings that affect the quality, function or performance) are not covered by warranty.  
4.17 随车工具、附件及有关技术服务文件丢失,不在保修服务范围内。  
The losing of vehicle tools, accessories and others technique documents are not covered by  
warranty.  
5. 保修程序 Warranty process  
5.1 国外各经销商向终端客户提供的质保承诺不低于上表标准,并以书面形式明示。  
Overseas distributors should provide quality warranty not lower than the standard of the above table,  
and commitments to customers by paper.  
5.2 服务中心(或代理商)负责索赔信息及质量信息的及时性、完整性、准确性,按照 IT 系  
统内要求填写,及时反馈给福田公司,对于不符合要求的信息,福田公司不予结算费用。  
The service centers (or Agents) are responsible for the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the  
claim information and quality information, filling in the information in accordance with  
requirements within IT system, and timely feeding back to the Foton. For the information not  
conforming to the requirements, Foton will not clear the fees.  
5.3 服务中或代理商须于车辆到港后 25 天内完成 PDI 检查向福田公司反PDI  
问题索赔信息汇总表附问题车辆详细信息及故障照片要时需提供车辆维修视频材料。  
The service centers (or Agents) must complete PDI inspection within 25 days after the vehicle  
arrives the port, and return the Summary Sheet for PDI Problem Claim Information to Foton,  
together with the detailed information of vehicle in question and fault photos, and provide vehicle  
maintenance video data if necessary.  
5.4 服务中或代理商须将实时发生的日常索赔信息提报至系统内每月结束后 5 个  
工作日内,与福田公司确认上月所发生的所有质保信息;不按时确认的,福田公司有权拒绝  
支付相关质保费用。  
The service centers (or Agents) must submit the daily claim information to the system on time and

confirm all the warranty information occurred last month with Foton within 5 working days upon  
ending of each month; if confirmation is not made on time, Foton is entitled to refuse to pay  
relevant warranty charges.  
5.5 服务中心(或代理商)负责按照甲方要求的格式,在车辆售出后 3 个工作日内,将客户档  
案录入 IT 系统为计算车辆质保期的依据,对于不在系统内的客户信息,甲方有权拒绝支  
付质保费用。  
The service centers (or Agents) shall be responsible for recording the customer's files into IT system  
in the format required by Party A within 3 working days after the vehicle is sold, as the basis for  
calculating the vehicle warranty period. If the customer information is not in the system, Party A is  
entitled to refuse to pay the warranty charges.  
5.6 凡属质保期内的服务,服务中心(或代理商)必须向客户提供免费的服务,不允许向用  
户收取费用。  
Service centers (or Agents) are responsible for providing free services in the scope of the quality  
warranty. No extra fees are allowed.  
5.7 未经诊断确认故障的真实性、原因和责任即实施质保而发生的费用由责任服务中心(或  
代理商)承担。  
Services centers (or Agents) must take responsibility for the fees that are applied to the quality  
warranty without any careful troubleshooting to confirm the facticity, reasons and duty of the  
failures.  
5.8 因维修质量不合格造成返工或投诉的,损失由责任服务中心(或代理商)承担。  
Service centers (or Agents) are responsible for the loss that do poorly done work over again or  
customer’s complaints caused by unqualified maintenance.  
5.9 违犯质保原则的(如本来换零件可以解决的而却故意换总成等已发生的费用由责任单  
位承担。  
Responsible party violating the warranty policy, for example, intentionally replacement of assembly  
instead of replacing the part, which is enough to solve the undergoing problem, should bear the  
fees.  
5.10 不得拒绝为客户服务,质保服务必须由客户验收且客户签字。  
It is forbidden to refuse warranty service for customers, and warranty service must be accepted and  
signed by customers.  
5.11 代理商配件储备不足, 引起配件无法满足质保维修需要,要求紧急空运的,质保配件费  
用由福田公司承担,福田公司可先组织空运,但发生的空运费由代理商承担,在当月服务费  
用中抵扣。

If emergency air transport is needed because parts stock cannot satisfy the demand of warranty and  
repair due to lack of parts reserve of the agent, the warranty parts costs shall be borne by Foton who  
can organize air transportation at first, however the air freight incurred shall be borne by the agents  
and will be deducted from service costs of the month.  
结算政策 Settlement Policy

质保费用 = 零件费 + 维修工时费+ 外出服务费  
Quality warranty fees= Parts cost+ Labor cost+ Roadside assistance cost  
1.1 甲方按照  
标准向乙方核算服务费用。

1.2.1 零件费:零件费根据福田发布的当期价格计算  
Parts costParts cost is counted according to the current prices of FOTON release  
1.2.2 零件海运费或陆运费及零件管理费标准,见 1.1 条款。  
The standard of sea freight or land freight and parts management feesrefer to 1.1 item  
1.3 维修工时费 = 工时定额×工时单价×星级系数  
Labor charge= Labor time standard × Labor rate × Star rank ratio  
1.3.1 工时定额按福田公司颁发的《维修工时定额标准》执行。  
Implement labor time is carried out by Foton Repairing Labor Time Standards.  
1.3.2 工时单价以当地市场竞争情况为依据,同时参考当地经济水平等指标,具体标准见 1.1  
条款。  
The rule of labor rate is based on vehicles service condition, and considering locale economic  
development and income level, standard refer to item 1.1  
1.4 星级系数 Star rank ratio  
根据甲方服务商星级评定等级为____星级,甲方按照星级系数____给予乙方支持。  
The star rating of Party A's service provider is ____ star, and Party A shall give support to Party B  
according to the star coefficient ____.

1.5 外出服务费用结算标准 Settlement standards of roadside assistance service cost  
1.5.1 结算标准 Settlement Standards:  
车辆补助费+维修工外出服务补助费(不超过两人),车辆补助标准为____美元/公里,维修  
工外出服务补助为____美元//天。  
Vehicle subsidy + maintenance worker roadside subsidy (no more than two people), the vehicle  
subsidy standard is ____ USD / km, maintenance worker roadside assistance subsidy is ____ USD /  
person / day.  
1.5.2.费用承担:The expense  
①保内车辆:福田承担,先由经销商垫付,后续在月度索赔信息中提报索赔。  
Under warranty: The expense would be borne by dealer first and then submit the claim to Foton for  
monthly compensation.  
②保外车辆:客户承担  
Beyond warranty: Expenses shall be borne by customers.

以上费用福田公司将以书面形式通知经销商,经销商应按所通知金额开具商业发票。福田公  
司收到发票正本后,3 个月内予以兑现。  
A paper notification will be delivered to the distributor by Foton regarding these fees. The  
distributor should make out the invoices for the notified amount. The money will be cashed in after  
the invoices are received by Foton.  
故障件处理 Process of Failure Parts  
1.故障件保存规定 Provisions for storage of failed parts:  
1.1 故障件 AT 变速箱总成由服务中或代理商)保存,并不得对 AT 变速箱总成进行拆解,  
替换下来的 AT 变速箱总成属于福田公司;其它质保类的故障零部件保存至少 6 个月,经福  
田公司鉴定确认后,可作处理,残值归福田所有。  
Failed part AT gearbox assembly will be stored by the service centers (or agents), and shall not be  
dismantled and the AT gearbox assembly replaced belongs to Foton; other warranty class of failed

parts shall be stored at least for 6 months before they are handled after identified and confirmed by  
the Foton, and residual value is in the possession of the Foton.  
1.2 故障件存放管理:故障件存放时,要求有旧件标签,旧件标签模板如下:

2.故障件验收:故障件验收依据为《质量信息快报OTD 系统里的索赔信息为准。  
Evaluation of faulty part: the basis for evaluation of faulty part are Quality Information Express and  
the claim information in OTD system.  
3.故障件调回:如果福田公司需调回零部件,经销商应给予配合,费用由经销商垫付,以索  
赔申请形式提报,月度结算。  
Recall of faulty parts: If it is necessary for Foton to call back parts, dealers should cooperate with it  
and the cost is advanced by the dealer and reported in form of claim application, and submit  
monthly settlement.  
附则 Supplementary Articles  
1.1 本政策的解释权归北京福田国际贸易有限公司。  
Foton International Trade Co., Ltd, Beijing has the right to explain this policy.  
1.2 本政策自 2025 1 1 日起实施,原政策同时废止。  
The valid date of this policy since Jan. 1st, 2025, the former policy is abolished at the same time.
