[USED]Foton Auman EST 6X4 530hp Tractor 39Tons Truck Head excellent condition

This EST runs on compressed natural gas with a 14.5 L Foton Cummins rated at 390 kW, so fuel cost per kilometre can be well below diesel where gas is available — the deciding factor is refill infrastructure along your routes, not the truck itself. CNG also limits range compared with the 700 L diesel tanks fitted to comparable tractors. Before ordering, map the stations you would depend on; send us your operating corridor and we will tell you whether the business case holds.

This is a used tractor, so it goes through refurbishment before dispatch: basic mechanical maintenance, repainting of the exterior, replacement of the tyres and a full basic service. On this unit that means the 440 rear axle, ZF 16-speed gearbox and high-roof two-seat cab are delivered checked over and road-ready. Final price can move by a few hundred dollars depending on inland transport and the refurbishment actually required. We supply current photos and a condition report before you commit.

The ZF 16S2531TO gives sixteen ratios against the twelve speeds most tractors in this class use, so the steps between gears are smaller and the engine stays in its torque band more easily — useful with a 39,000 kg GCW and mixed road profiles. The trade-off is more frequent shifting in undulating terrain and a gearbox that is less common in some markets for parts and service. On flat trunk roads twelve speeds are simpler; on varied terrain sixteen is kinder to the driveline.

Two specs, one question: Foton Cummins ISG 460 vs Sinotruk HW23712, ±14,146. Cheaper: On a long empty backhaul, diesel is simply easier to plan around; the CNG truck makes. If you ever intend to move the truck to a market that has one, you may not be able to.[View detail:What $17,853 Buys When You Buy New]
